It’s a real start-to-finish setup, which makes the process a lot less stressful for clients. We actually enjoyed checking out their previous projects, and their attention to detail is legit—we have to say their design concepts are never cookie-cutter.
Clients echoed this, and a few added that they’re super transparent and collaborative the whole way through, which means you know exactly what’s happening at each step.

We also love that they manage everything from space planning and lighting to material selections and full redesigns, which is super helpful if you want one time to oversee the entire update.
Another plus: they handle all types of spaces, not just the flashy main rooms but things like restrooms, conference areas, and lobbies.
What’s more, they’re upfront with digital plans, mood boards, and detailed AutoCAD layouts, which makes it easy for clients to visualize changes—even remotely, if you’re not right in Charlotte!
The only thing to keep in mind is that Zach can sometimes get a bit stretched during really busy periods, so communication can slow down. Though everyone seems to agree that the result is worth a little patience.
