Plumped, an aesthetic boutique near the I-77, is a standalone spot promising natural-looking results that boost confidence. We like how owner Kristin Cabeda, a board-certified physician assistant (PA) has around 15 years in the game.
The place looks pleasant outside and stays spotless inside. We felt the friendly vibe, on top of the thorough face analysis, during our first consultation.
They explained the whole treatment in everyday English, which we really appreciate.
Additionally, good words drew us in. Clients praise the staff’s medical skill and artistic eye for balancing facial features—if your results end up a bit lacking for your taste, the team is happy to tweak their work.
One thing we wondered about, though, is the lack of publicity on the filler brands used. We understand the choice and won’t spill here, but we hope Plumped opens up on that soon.

Located in SouthPark (and no, not that one) is Carolina Facial Plastics, and we think it’s a standout. If we’re talking awards, this clinic has racked up more than others we’ve seen.
That’s no surprise, though, since it’s a fully licensed plastic surgery center and luxury med spa in Charlotte. It zeroes in on face and neck treatments.
It’s led by Dr. Kulbersh, a plastic surgeon trained in California. He studied under the top aesthetic experts in Beverly Hills, which we think gives an actual edge in making clients look like stars, naturally.
For the fillers, we’re glad to see solid options like Juvederm, Restylane, and the advanced RHA3 for lip or non-surgical nose lifts.
That said, its popularity means that you might sit for hours past your scheduled time before seeing the experts. Pricing also runs on the steep side, but we fully get it given the caliber we’re talking about.

Another SouthPark med spa on our list is Evolve Medical, a physician-owned and operated clinic that opened its doors in 2005. It’s one of the oldest and most reliable aesthetic clinics we’ve come across for this list.
Its owner, Dr. Sudy, is a former US Air Force flight surgeon and board-certified emergency medicine physician. The switch from the busy ER to classy aesthetics is intriguing, but it’s a pivot that clients seem to love.
Many folks we chatted with suggested checking this place out first for the most natural-looking results. Evolve offers Belotero Balance, Juvederm, Restylane, and Revanesse, so we feel fantastic about the options.
Evolve welcomes men, too. We really appreciate them having the modern notion that good looks aren’t just for women.

This med spa specializes in what they call the “SNATCHural effect,” putting emphasis on natural-looking, refined results. Every treatment, from skincare to injectables, gets skillfully customized to facial features.
If you’re leaning toward fillers specifically, packages like the “Wake Up Call” or “Trifecta” might catch your eye. They’re cheaper, too.
We guess their work has lots of trade secrets (like the filler brands they use), and we respect that. If you end up loving the work, consider signing up for VIP membership to save more money and snag special offers.
Given the way patients have gushed over this place, at least booking a consultation feels worth it. Just know that the $100 fee is nonrefundable if you cancel.
