If you want a non-surgical facelift, try a HIFU or Ultherapy treatment, which works wonders for us 30 to 40-somethings. We’re sharing our trusted clinics in Charlotte that will nourish your skin and erase a few years from your face!
How much is a HIFU treatment in Charlotte?
A HIFU treatment in Charlotte usually starts at $900, depending on the number of sessions and treatment area. Ultherapy is more expensive than HIFU, reaching over $2,000 for the neck area.

Skin Pro Lori doesn’t disappoint when it comes to anti-aging treatments. That’s where they specialize, actually, so you’ll see services that target concerns about sagging skin, fine lines, and wrinkles.
When we’re talking about HIFU, they’re on top of the list. After all, they’re the first to offer DUALHI+ in the USA, which sets the bar in skin tightening for the face and body because it’s efficient due to its dual coagulation—basically, faster treatment times.
The results blew us away. The before and after photos we’ve seen were impressive, which wasn’t surprising because of the DUALHI+ device, which has a 24-carat gold conductivity that allows it to stimulate collagen with better precision.
However, there aren’t any free consultations, but they’re only $25, anyway. The availability? Not perfect, since HIFU treatments are only available to book 4 times a week.
Then again, they’re open to late evening schedules by request, so they’re still flexible, overall.

One of our most trusted clinics for HIFU is Fluid Hydration & Wellness, and for good reason. It’s the easy process that completely hooked us in, from consultation to follow-up care.
Customer care is a 5/5 here, as they always put their patients first. From what we’ve observed, there are no pushy sales tactics, and they only offer services based on the client’s needs and goals.
And when it comes to their HIFU treatments, they’re solid. They provide tailored treatment plans, including other skin procedures that work well with HIFU to address various concerns.
There are no complimentary consultations, though, but it’s not like it’s expensive, and the fee will be applied towards the treatment, so you basically get it back. Consultations are thorough as well, although virtual appointments are only for existing clients.
Most of all, their practitioners conduct HIFU treatments with light hands and always ask the client so they can adjust the settings if it stings.
The price? Surprisingly reasonable for an excellent service! A 3-session HIFU treatment won’t cost you an arm and a leg.

3. Lifted Aesthetics

Lifted Aesthetics is a one-stop shop in Charlotte for skincare treatments, laser therapies, and injectables. They’ve got every offering, but instead of the generic HIFU, they offer Ultherapy for non-invasive skin tightening.
Sure, it’s a more expensive treatment, costing thousands for a couple of sessions, but it’s a more consistent procedure. It’s due to the DeepSEE technology, which allows the practitioner to see the layers of the skin in real time.
They offer financing through CareCredit, anyway, which offers interest-free plans and quick credit decisions that won’t affect your credit score.
We also appreciate the free consultations, which are very helpful since they cover loads of skincare treatments. Plus, they were professional and informative, ensuring each client knows the treatment they’re getting.
Their clinic is in Davidson, though, which is about half an hour from uptown. It’s worth the short drive for the clean and comfortable experience, which is exactly the kind of place we feel safe getting a skin treatment.

SkinSpirit is the kind of place where you’ll feel welcomed the moment you walk in. We were floored by the warm greetings we received, and the comfortable clinic made the experience even better.
There’s a wide variety of treatments that clients could benefit from, including skin rejuvenation treatments that go hand in hand with stimulating collagen production. They also offer Ultherapy instead of HIFU, which is FDA-approved for skin tightening.
Ultherapy is pricier, but it makes sense if you think about the benefits. It’s a more precise procedure due to real-time imaging, which allows the practitioner to see your skin layers.
What impressed us the most was their expertise, as their practitioners went through hands-on training through their SkinSpirit University program. Basically, whoever touches your skin has undergone aesthetic medicine education.
That’s why the Ultherapy results were incredible. They know what they’re doing, and you can tell when they speak with you—even the clients we talked with commended the informative free consultation and pain-free treatments.

Voci Plastic Surgery, headed by Dr. Vincent Voci, a highly regarded Charlotte plastic surgeon with 39 years under his belt, provides surgical and non-surgical procedures. Since they specialize in plastic surgeries, you know they have advanced equipment.
Their facility, located near uptown Charlotte, is equipped with the latest technology and various rooms for every treatment. The privacy you get here is one of our favorites, as it has a consultation room and minor procedure rooms, which are all well-maintained.
Another thing we noticed during our visit was their friendly staff, which can ease any worries you might have, especially if it’s your first time getting a skin-tightening treatment. Conveniently, they also offer virtual consultations for busy bees.
Their options, although not the generic HIFU, are Ultherapy and plasma skin tightening. It’s nice that you get to choose which is better suited for your skin goals, and they both help with skin elasticity, just like HIFU.
But a clinic like this will have pricier fees, naturally. The safe and effective treatments are worth every dollar, regardless.
