America’s Choice Inspections has been serving the Greater Charlotte and Triad areas since 1998. I also believe it can adapt to any project size since it offers seller, buyer, commercial, and specialty inspections.
I especially like that one of its top inspection services is checking for termites and pests, since this doesn’t seem to be prioritized in other companies. Other than that, the team can inspect for radon, mold, water quality, and the like.
Besides the fact that this company has been in the industry since 1998, I appreciate that its employees still receive ongoing education and training to ensure top-notch services.
It’s also valuable for me that its online booking process is so organized! You can easily input your address, role (buyer, owner, or agent), package, and schedule, alongside other instructions and notes for clarity, before finalizing your reservation.
A previous client I talked to also mentioned getting her inspection report on the same day. For me, that shows the team’s dedication and efficiency.
Nevertheless, another client mentioned that the team overlooked a couple of things in his house. While this can be inevitable, I think openly communicating about your priorities from the beginning can help prevent this.

Other than that, I find it amazing that it boasts over 300 industry recognitions, like its InterNACHI membership and Master Inspectors certification. In my view, this proves that the team meets very high standards of accuracy, safety, and customer care.
I commend its speed and efficiency as well, considering you can expect a detailed report within 24 hours. Additionally, I’m all for the fact that it provides a complimentary 90-day warranty with every full home inspection.

We’re just kind of on the fence about its consistency in being punctual. A client I had a chat with raised an issue about an inspector arriving a tad late.

I also dig how informative the team is! The experts typically explain the two levels of home inspection available, so clients truly understand what they’re paying for. If the home is under construction, specialty inspections are available too.
And when it comes to service coverage, the company serves any area in both North and South Carolina, making it highly accessible to many.
Though sometimes, the staff can face some delays in delivering their reports. While this varies depending on the workload, I still think there’s room for improvement here.
