They’re fully insured, super transparent with their pricing, and open about their limits—clients highlighted this! Now, their packages are super clear-cut: you get expert bartenders, all your mixers and garnishes, signature cocktails, and plenty of extras.
Speaking of extras, if you want to keep everyone entertained, you can throw in board games or even a coffee service for a fun twist (seriously, the coffee add-on is great for late-night energy boosts).

We actually had a blast checking out Libations Mobile Bar, and Ariel Evans, the owner, absolutely deserves all the hype her team gets in Charlotte. What stood out to us right away was how easygoing and transparent the whole service is.
She explains everything thoroughly, from menu planning and mixers to figuring out exactly how much booze you need (if you’re anything like us, you don’t want to be stuck with leftover vodka or run out halfway through).
We can say that Ariel is super hands-on—a lot of clients agreed with us on this part! Add to that, we also love how all their bars are that soft, neutral style—seriously, no worrying about the bar clashing with your decor.
And if you want extra perks, the mentorship sessions are actually legit; people told us Ariel keeps the vibe fun with cocktail games and conversation starters!
The only caveat is that if your guest list crosses 60, you’ll need to set up your own bar (they’ll still bartend). Also, they ask for half down upfront and the rest paid two weeks before your event, so booking early is a must.

The Old Fashioned Mobile Bar operates out of a gorgeously refurbished 1964 Shasta camper that honestly brings a bit of retro charm wherever they park.
If your Pinterest board is full of vintage vibes or you just want something that’ll make your guests linger by the bar, their camper really can’t be beat.
Even if your venue’s more compact, they’ve thought of that, too—they’ll roll up with their mini bar to work those tight spaces, so nobody misses out!
We love that they’re not just about the aesthetic, either; their three-tap system is genius for keeping the drinks flowing. Beer, wine, cocktails, or mocktails—they’ll sort you out, and they don’t mess around with their menus.
Past clients we messaged couldn’t stop talking about how customizable and accommodating their options were. They’re upfront about how everything works, thanks to their super clear process.
However, you’ll want to book way in advance because they’re almost always in demand, especially since their bar is being rented for photoshoots, too!

First off, we love that The Drunken Hive is totally mobile with setups that actually feel special—like their Queen Bee trailer, which is basically a showstopper wherever it parks.
The minimalist Buzzed Bliss is also just as versatile, and the Mini Buzz is great if you’re keeping the guest list smaller but still want the bar personalized (we saw one fully decked out for a birthday, and it was a hit).
What really sold us, though, was the drink lineup. It’s not just the usual cocktails and beer—they go the extra mile with wine, mocktails, hot chocolate, coffee, or even cotton candy if you’re up for it.
We talked to a few past clients, and the feedback is consistent: everyone raves about how smoothly things run! Apparently, the team has legit hospitality backgrounds, and it shows—from first inquiry to teardown, they’re on it and happy to customize everything!

The Wandering Social’s got this mix of bars (think: a design-patented tap truck, the flagship camper, a customizable tap bar, a frosé cart, and a tap wall), and they all have a clean, classic look.
What really stuck out to us, though, was how much they focus on the experience. The bartenders are not only TIPS-certified (big peace of mind there) but also seriously friendly and on top of every detail.
And if you want to make your event extra memorable, their camper photo booth, “Betty,” is a total crowd-pleaser and comes packed with creative props and custom prints.
One thing that makes them stand out is their concierge service for alcohol ordering and delivery, which takes away so much of the usual hassle. Their whole process is really transparent, though you do have to reach out for a quote since they price based on event details.
The only slight hiccup is that they book up fast—you absolutely need to reserve them early.
