Our interviewees also appreciated Party Poppers’ comprehensive service offering, which includes decoration, photography, and equipment rentals such as stages, chairs, and tables.
Moreover, we were pleased to see the variety of their designs, catering to different types of parties and vibes.
We also saw their decorating prowess firsthand through photos from our interviewees, and one thing that struck us was their flexibility. They handled various types of parties and were consistently spot-on at matching the decor to the overall vibe.
However, we have yet to see their work in high-end, large-scale events due to a lack of photos and testimonials from previous clients, as well as an online gallery.
Nonetheless, clients noted that their event organizers were attentive throughout the consultation, enabling them to execute their vision to a tee.

Right off the bat, Thomas Equipment & Party Rentals primarily focuses on rentals, which means that you may need to hire a separate coordinator.
Based on our interviews, however, the company does offer in-depth consultation services as well. We also discovered that they offer this service for free, and even offer an accurate quotation by the end.
The consultation works as the planning stage, where a representative would help clients end up with the equipment that would suit their parties. They offer chairs, tables, and a multitude of decorations from balloons to table setting essentials, etc.
We also liked how they offered equipment rentals that you wouldn’t typically find in normal party planners. For instance, they offer bouncy castles, which previous clients have shared as being the saviour of their kids’ birthday parties.
Lastly, we love how transparent the company is, offering a brochure that features the inclusions of their packages. Moreover, clients also appreciated how they offered the lowest delivery fees in the market.

For instance, they’ve arranged everything from bridal showers and marriage proposals to church events. We also liked the variety of their designs, even when they were for the same occasion, which is a testament to their personalized experience.
We also noticed during our interviews that clients offered only small ideas, but the team took them to the next level with their party favors, backdrops, and decorations.
One of our favourite things about this place, however, is their custom sweet treats. They can match these treats to the clients’ event and overall theme, doubling as party decor rather than just party favors.
Clients also shared that, despite the company’s relatively small team, it didn’t feel lacklustre. They noted that the overall collaboration was hassle-free because an expert was assigned to each area, including decorations, planning, and logistics.
