My experience with roofing companies in Charlotte didn’t start breezily, though. I had a run-in with roofers offering limited availability, unresponsive staff, and pricey quotes! That didn’t sit well with me, so I literally “took them out of the running.”
But after going in circles around many referrals, I finally got on track with some reliable options. So whether you’re a homeowner, property manager, renovation planner, or business owner, you can check out a review of my top picks below.

Right off the bat, I liked that the team was very informative. The experts will assess and tell you all about the roof condition and issues. Afterwards, I find it handy that they’ll give you a detailed estimate for free.
Most simple asphalt shingle roof replacements here also take between 1 to 3 days to finish, which seems pretty standard to me. More complex projects will take longer, of course.
Another thing I appreciate is that its online gallery has a bunch of high-definition photos of its past work. You can easily see how each style suits the property it’s on.
And if you’re on a tight budget, I bet you’ll value its financing options. It has partnered with Wisetack to offer fast and simple financing for purchases up to $25,000.
However, I noticed that this company has fewer roof specialists compared to its competitors. I feel this might extend project durations a bit on bigger or more complex jobs.

Moreover, I’m glad that those who need it can get up to 100% financing if available. It’s best to reach out to the staff to learn more, since certain conditions apply.

Plus, I’m glad that the team can help you file a roof insurance claim. While you can totally do that on your own, I believe having expert support can take a significant load off your shoulders.
Still, there are times when communication gaps happen. A client shared with me that the team failed to provide her with a timely quotation. This was after a series of exchanges to update the pricing properly.

I also find it handy that clients can easily see the different parts of a roof on its website. I think this is worth looking at, especially for new homeowners trying to figure out what caused their broken roof.
Most roof replacements here are also completed within 1 to 2 days, which I think is pretty quick. I noticed that this company has a good number of people on its team to achieve this too. I believe a bigger team usually means better efficiency.
So if you have a tight deadline or a busy lifestyle, I bet this wouldn’t cause much disruption. Also, it’s a big plus for me that it has a 24/7 support team in case you have any questions, even after the service.
Not only that, but if you need financial help, I believe its roof financing is super helpful with its fast approvals and low monthly payments.
I didn’t find a lot of information on commercial projects, though. So if you’re a small business or property owner, I suggest clarifying if the team can take your request.

Just remember that some projects were noted to have longer wait times. One client in particular told me about a project delay due to the team’s high demand during peak seasons.
