When we interviewed some of their guests, the easy move-in setup really stood out for them. We also learned that they offer lockbox access and weekend arrival support, which is great if your flight arrives late.
Unfortunately, some previous guests have had issues with communication regarding their security deposit after moving out.
A few others mentioned confusion around move-out notice rules, so it’s a good idea to check your lease details carefully before signing.

If you’re looking for a higher-end place to stay, Reluxme, LLC offers fully furnished corporate housing and flexible short-term rentals.
We love how they can set you up quickly with move-in-ready spaces. The modern building amenities and full kitchens make longer stays way more comfortable than a regular hotel room.
They even include dedicated workspaces and fast Wi-Fi to help you stay productive. Traveling with a pet isn’t a problem, either, because they have great pet-friendly rentals.
Their apartments are in some of the best neighborhoods, like Uptown and South End.
Still, some guests have run into trouble with refund and cancellation policies, while others said cleaning wasn’t always up to luxury standards.
We also noticed it can take a little extra effort to get in touch with their team after you’ve paid your deposit.

Great rental experience all around. Booking was easy, communication was great, instructions for getting keys, parking, check in all very clear. We like that they offer optional weekly housekeeping, making life easier for anyone with a busy schedule.
Just a heads up: it’s smart to double-check the exact neighborhood before booking. Some guests said certain locations didn’t feel like what they expected from the online descriptions.
We’ve also heard that requests for refunds after canceling were not approved.

I enjoyed the privacy, peace, and safety
Excellent place to stay in the heart of Charlotte (but located in a quiet and nice neighborhood); close to the airport and everything you could possibly want or need. The home was spacious and spotless, and the host (Joy) was very responsive and kind if I had any questions. Check-in and check-out were seamless with clear instructions. Charlotte Luxury Retreats stands out because owner Nancy Braun personally owns and manages the units. When we chatted with Nancy during a tour of their mid-century home, her eye for interior design and perfect cleanliness were super obvious.
They also have beautiful video tours and 3D walkthroughs online, so you know exactly what you’re booking before you arrive. You can pick from a private guest house or a large multi-bedroom home.
Sadly, some guests said they had issues with billing and cleaning fee disputes at move-out. Others reported that it took a while to get help for things like repairs or mold, so you may need to follow up on maintenance requests.
5. Corporate Relocation, Inc.

And with about 30 years of experience, they offer different sizes of apartments across North Carolina and South Carolina. This is great for anyone moving for work, or for solo professionals who want more space.
Just keep in mind, they really specialize in corporate relocations, so their places aren’t as well-suited for regular vacationers or people looking for a classic leisure rental.
