Another aspect worth noting is their attention to detail, as they clean every part of the windows—glass, sill, and frame. We can forgive a couple of missed spots that a few clients mentioned, though, since most jobs have been thorough.

The owners of Shine of Charlotte have plenty of experience in the industry, and they even worked in home services. With this, we’re confident in knowing that they know how to properly handle all types of windows.
True enough, the clients we spoke with only had good things to say about their work. The washers finished with spot-free windows, even when they started with particularly grimy panes.
In addition, they’re highly accessible in the Charlotte Metro Area, except that they’re not open on weekends. Still, their window washing service is very comprehensive, including the exterior and interior, as well as screens and tracks.
Additionally, their commercial window washing impressed us because they work on multi-storey buildings. One of the reasons they clean windows thoroughly is their ShineBright Crystal Water technology, which can reach three stories without a ladder!
It’s impressive because their tech is eco-friendly and is gentle on the windows. We mostly like that it comes with pure water, and plants won’t be affected at all!

What we like most about Window Genie is their dedication to hiring trusted professionals, as they perform background checks for your peace of mind. Plus, they’ve received training from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).
Their window cleaning services cater to Charlotte’s residential and commercial properties. Even more impressive, their technicians are equipped to work on high-rise buildings.
Something that we don’t see often in window washer companies in Charlotte is their tint and film service. We appreciate that beyond keeping windows clean, they also provide sun protection and privacy for homes and offices.
However, some clients felt the job wasn’t as thorough as expected due to a couple of missed spots. But from what we’ve seen, they address these concerns promptly because they’re a Neighborly company, a warranty that ensures the job is done right.
They’re easy to reach in case of issues, anyway. We do like that they work right on schedule, so overall, everything’s good.

Squeegee Pros caught our attention because they’re available all year round. Another reason is their biodegradable cleaning solutions, which ensure they’re eco-friendly with every window clean.
Plus, they use commercial-grade solutions for commercial buildings that tend to get dirty easily, which doesn’t damage surfaces, BTW. As an extra feature, their window cleaners can work on multi-storey buildings in Charlotte!
We appreciate their traditional way of cleaning windows, which is using squeegees and scrubbers. The “hand-washed” method adds more precision, since the technicians can see every buildup from dirt and pollen.
We have to admit that they could improve at cleaning up after every job. While clients praised their crystal clear jobs, some surfaces were left a bit dirtier than usual—but nothing a good hose can’t fix.
These guys are also fairly reasonable, budget-wise. Double-hung windows are priced at $11 for the interior and exterior, which includes a Rain Guarantee, where they’ll clean the windows if it rains within three days.

We didn’t know window cleaning in Charlotte could be so high-tech until we came across Window Hero. From that moment, they’ve made a huge impression on us, and for good reason.
As an example, they have a remote pilot certified team that uses drones for window pressure washing, which can fly up to 15 storeys high. Honestly, we love it because it’s effective and safe for the window washers.
They bring the same energy for residential clients by using eco-friendly cleaning solutions that remove hard water stains. Instead of drones, they use water-fed poles to reach high areas since house windows aren’t as heavy-duty as commercial-grade ones.
Everything’s thoroughly done, including the window interior and exterior, screens, sills, and tracks. From what we’ve seen, they don’t leave without ensuring the windows are crystal clear.
It’s just disappointing to hear about their team’s slow responses via email and phone. They are open any day of the week, but picking up the phone would make them even better.
