The only snag? There were instances of miscommunication with subcontractors and external crews. Still, the core staff were always helpful and quick to respond, always happy to answer questions and guide us through the pros and cons of our choices.
Another plus is their warranties on products and workmanship, which include lifetime warranties on certain bath products and long-term protection on installation. Honestly, warranties like these aren’t something you see everyday.

On the bright side, we think their thoughtfulness and willingness to go above and beyond definitely make up for it, sometimes even working extra hours to make sure the job was finished and all cleaned up afterwards.
The fine print? Their standard warranty is only 90 days, shorter than other contractors, making it something to think about for larger jobs.
