However, we got a chance to witness a couple of patients ranting about the cancellation of their appointment without prior notice. It was really frustrating if you’d planned your day around it.
On the brighter side, their team was very professional and efficient, since we started right away and got to finish the treatment just on time. By the way, LaserAway is nearly two decades in aesthetic care, so we were in very capable hands.
