Of course, they do the job well, starting with their thorough inspection to check all possibly damaged areas. Once the inspection is done, they start right away using a combination of various solutions.
For example, they replace humidity with dry air using a dehumidifier, use a sump pump to remove water, and fix the cracks or gaps. All these are done efficiently and effectively, to the point that clients didn’t find the need for follow-ups.
But a good company means they may be tough to book sometimes. Nonetheless, they try to accommodate clients as much as they can.

Things are elevated through their structural repair services, which addresses water damaged areas in the property. Even better, they handle small and big waterproofing jobs in Charlotte.
It would’ve been perfect if they offered next-day services, but they still accommodate the client’s schedule, anyway. It’s not like it’s tough to book an appointment, to be honest.

To give you an idea, they go the extra mile by checking up on clients after the job, ensuring everything’s going smoothly. And from the waterproofing work we’ve seen, their attention to detail is exceptionally solid.
We were expecting a better variety of services, like adding large-scale structural work repairs for badly damaged properties. That said, they still manage to address various waterproofing needs, like crawl space encapsulation and basement waterproofing.
The prices are hard to beat, to be honest. They’re quite reasonable and worth it for the level of service they’ve provided, where they arrived on time and finished the job right on schedule.
As for professionalism, we have no complaints. From what we’ve seen, they’ve communicated properly and have provided transparent pricing.

Their services are vast too, including crawlspace encapsulation and basement waterproofing. Impressively, they go all out by offering foundation repair, driveway repair, and concrete lifting for water-damaged areas.
Furthermore, they use a variety of solutions to address moisture issues, like sealing vents and using high-quality dehumidifiers. Every strategy is tailored as well, which is a convenient way to cater to every problem, no?
Follow-ups could improve, though, since some clients had trouble contacting the team about certain issues. They’re also not the most affordable waterproofing company in Charlotte—not the most expensive, but slightly above mid-range.
But for the long-term solutions they provide, we can understand the pricing. After all, they use quality equipment for thorough waterproofing and moisture removal.
