We, and many of their happy clients, find their team professional, reliable, and dedicated to delivering quality work. We love that they keep clients in the loop constantly, which is a total relief for anxious folks.
It’s also great that they have a free, no-obligation consultation and quote. It’s a great chance to get 1-on-1 advice on your projects without committing.
The only minor hiccup? We wish their website showed a portfolio to browse past projects. Even then, we like that they offer 3D visualization to help you see your project before it’s built.
They’re also closed on weekends, so you’ll need to plan accordingly.

PRS Construction is a family-owned licensed general contractor and full-service construction company that’s been in the industry for over 40 years. Hence, it’s no surprise that they’re a household name for both residential and commercial projects.
What we love about them is that they handle everything, from building to repairing. Yes, that includes flood and water damage restoration, mold and moisture remediation, and even fire damage cleanup.
And if you’re the type who just can’t figure out how to go about insurance claims, they can also assist. We also appreciate that they put in the extra effort, whether it be dropping by that same morning you inquired about or getting you the best deals.
We also like that they’ll handle the necessary permits and paperwork. And if you’re weighing your options, they give free estimates, so you can keep canvassing without any pressure.

Aside from their expanded skill set, we also like how efficient and versatile their crew is, even handling screen porch additions and water-leak repairs. To us, that says a lot about their crew, who are also respectful of their client’s space during the process, moving clutter and protecting floors.
The best part? They’re open Mondays through Sundays. Adding to the convenience, they accept a variety of payment methods, like credit cards or checks, making paying easy and flexible.
But here’s the hitch: most of their clients get them for smaller remodel work, which could mean that their portfolio for high-complexity construction jobs is limited. That said, we do appreciate that their past work is easy to find on their website, making it simple to browse.

“We found Simon Drywall LLC on Google and read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a call. We had a leak on the roof from rain storms and it was creating some brown residue on the ceiling so we had to get that repaired. Miguel understood our concerns and provided feedback on what he would do to make it better. We also discussed the removal of popcorn ceiling and painting the walls a new color. We also discussed the damaged wood on the window sill and they did such a great job fixing that part. We also asked him to help repair the rotten wood by the chimney outside and alongside our porch light. His team did such a wonderful job fixing the damage and made it looked brand new again. They’re also approachable and easy to talk to, which makes brainstorming ideas a breeze. On top of that, they’re respectful of their client’s space, taking care to move clutter and protect floors so they don’t have to stress about the mess.
We also appreciate their broad service offerings, taking care of outdoor living areas like screened porches and custom decks, as well as renovations and additions, which include basement finishing, kitchen remodeling, and similar small projects.
That said, it’s worth noting that they don’t usually take on large or highly complex projects. The biggest they typically handle is a second-story addition. Even then, their free consultation is a great way to explore options.
