Their offerings are the same: a wide range of cooling services, such as installation, replacement, repair, and maintenance. Better yet, they’re also experienced in customized ductwork solutions, maximizing energy efficiency in Charlotte homes.
In addition, they specialize in ductless units, so their expertise covers many areas. They’re not the most ideal for commercial properties, however, since they focus on households.
But they work brilliantly, which is what’s most important here. From what we’ve seen, they know how to start and finish the job seamlessly, regardless of the brand of air conditioning system you have.

We sort of expected that, to tell you the truth. They’re open to residential and commercial clients, offering various aircon needs, such as repairs, installations, maintenance, tune-ups, and cleaning.
Furthermore, their aircon servicing includes system design, which is the planning of your HVAC to ensure a better layout that will result in energy efficiency. And if you have ductless mini-splits, they cover those too.
They go the extra mile by offering emergency services, a helpful service when your AC breaks down in the middle of Charlotte’s summer. But on days when they’re crazy busy, scheduling could be a hit or miss.
We don’t mind at all, since they’ve been applauded for rectifying the situation. And for their prices—not expensive, but within the average range in the area—we can safely say they’re worth every dollar.

They take it up a notch by being available 24 hours, any day of the week, allowing them to handle emergency repairs. Additionally, their team knows how to work smoothly by being professional.
As an example, most of their clients thoroughly understood the whole process, even the ones without HVAC knowledge. The transparency of the AC technicians impressed us, as they made sure to explain every single detail.
Good things sometimes come at a price, though. But while their AC servicing in Charlotte is above average, the complete solutions they provide are worth it.

Even with some scheduling issues, they still manage to go above and beyond, even working on urgent requests when available.
