Simple and easy implant process

Dr. Yaste and his staff made the implant process simple and easy (not to mention relatively pain free!). Dr. Yaste made sure my new tooth looked perfect and took extra time to answer all of my questions. I don’t have dental insurance, so having different payment options was a nice bonus. Highly recommended!

Friendly staff and pain-free experience

I was eager to replace a back tooth that had been missing for years but I was also very nervous! As soon as I walked into Ballantyne Center for Dentistry I knew I picked the right office. All of their staff were extemely friendly and helped answer tons of questions I had. Dr. Yaste made my experience as easy as possible. I was anxious about any pain I would experience during and after my implant. The whole appointment was easy and I experienced no pain during or after! I will definitely be back for all of my dental concerns

Amazing team and manageable pain

Dr Sunar and his team is awesome! From prep to post care for my dental implant, they are truly amazing.

What I liked the most is that Dr. Sunar is very light handed and surprisingly the pain was manageable. I was expecting the pain to kick in after the implant was put in, but the pain was really nothing that Tylenol couldn’t handle. I was so amazed!

The implant and the crown was topnotch too. The crown was made perfectly and the bite was perfect. They took extra care to make sure the size, color and bite is perfect.

Highly recommended expert dental care

Dr. Sunar is an amazing Dr. he took such good care of me. If you are looking for implant dental need this is where you should go. You will not be disappointed. He is a caring Dr. and it was a pleasure being serviced my him and his staff.

Website: https://www.signatureperiodontics.com/

Address: 6743 Fairview Road

Contact: 704-366-2774 | 704-366-2639

Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; Friday 8:00 AM-1:00 PM

Signature Periodontics & Implant Dentistry handles a wide range of treatments, offering everything from basic gum care to advanced cosmetic surgeries. Because of this, you get everything in one office, like Invisalign or permanent tooth replacement.

They stick to modern techniques to place single-stage implants, minimizing the surgical visits you endure. Their approach is also very conservative, aiming to reach your health goals without any unnecessary procedures.

To boot, they team up directly with your regular dentist, so they handle the surgical part while your provider designs the final tooth. But this means you still need to visit your primary dentist to get the permanent crown fitted.

But to help manage the costs, they conveniently provide a few different third-party financing partners.

Pros

  • Wide range of treatments
  • Minimizes surgical visits using modern techniques
  • Collaborative team-based approach
  • Flexible third-party payment options

Cons

  • General dentist needed for a crown

Perfect care and bedside manner

Dr. Tripp Cockerham took prestine care of me today. He and his partners in crime are perfectly meshed. Baylee and Jordan kept me sane and comfortable and they both have the perfect bedside manners. Dr. Cockerham possessed  all of the characteristics that I needed. He was particular, anal and a perfectionist! He made sure that the post for my implant was perfectly aligned/ to ensure that the custom abutment he is designing for me will have  my tooth and bone structure heel perfectly.

Stress-free and comfortable dental implant

I was referred to Signature Periodontics by my regular dentist at Providence Dentistry. I have had deep cleanings performed but also had an implant and a couple gum surgeries performed by Dr. Irons. She has always made the experiences much less stressful than expected with minimal discomfort. This is coming from someone who was terrified of dentists in my younger years! Dr. Irons strikes the right balance with communicating enough to keep me informed about the procedure but not too much to make me anxious. She has a very calming effect which is much appreciated.

North Charlotte Center for Oral Surgery and Dental Implants focuses on specialized surgical expertise while creating a comforting, family vibe to ease your worries.

Clinic founder and surgeon Dr. Buchanan specializes heavily in big procedures like wisdom tooth removal and replacements, so you can be confident you’re in good hands.

When my sister had a major dental procedure done, she was so relieved by the heavy-duty sedation and continuous monitoring.

They also use minimally invasive techniques meant to rebuild your bone structure while keeping the actual surgery as simple as possible.

However, they’re very upfront that same-day immediate placements carry a bit more risk than traditional methods. But their high level of comfort still makes them a wonderful choice.

Pros

  • Concentrated focus on surgical care
  • Comfortable environment
  • Potential for combined procedures
  • Minimally invasive techniques

Cons

  • Same-day placement carries a slight risk

Responsive and very comfortable care

This office has been working with me for most of this year for my dental implant and they have gone ABOVE and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were very responsive in my post op care and very accommodating. I’d highly recommend them.

Expert and knowledgeable implant work

Dr. Buchanan did such a fantastic job with my implant. He’s extremely knowledgeable and helpful, and clearly cares about the well being of his patients. My case was not straightforward, it was somewhat complicated, but Dr. Buchanan did excellent work and I felt like I was in such good hands. I’ll be sending both my brother and my dad to see him soon.

Dr. Harrell of Harrell Dental Implant Center personally manages your entire case from the first chat to the final result. He brings over 20 years of experience in solving incredibly tough cases, often succeeding where other dentists have said no.

Unlike clinics that bounce you around, they feature an on-site lab to craft everything right there, giving them total control over the quality. You’ll also receive a consultation that includes a high-tech scan and a clear treatment plan without spending a dime.

They even provide a three-tier written guarantee that covers surgical success and materials for your peace of mind. But to keep that written guarantee active, you’re required to stick to a strict schedule of professional cleanings every six months.

Also, if you have severe bone loss, it will automatically add a few extra months to your timeline. Still, their dedicated support and above-average standards are fantastic.

Pros

  • Convenient on-site dental lab
  • Comprehensive three-tier written guarantee
  • High-value complimentary consultation
  • Entire process handled by the dentist

Cons

  •

I’ve been a long-time patient of Dr. Harrell but my recent dental implant experience deserves special praise. My case wasn’t straightforward, and it required a customized approach. Dr. Harrell walked me through every step, ensured I was comfortable at all times, and delivered results that exceeded my expectations.
