To add, the team can also water plants, bring in mail, and even rotate the blinds to give the client’s house a lived-in look. Now, every visit comes with text and photo updates, which many of their clients really appreciate.

The crew is licensed, bonded, insured, and, as we found out, genuinely proud of their Pet Sitters International credentials. To those who don’t know, this is like the gold star of the pet-sitting world.
People we spoke with swear by their reliability and share stories about coming home to animals who hardly seemed to notice anyone was gone. The free consults for pet parents with longer trips felt very welcoming, too.
Plus, booking isn’t some high-stakes email chase—they’re responsive, even over holidays. The only hiccup we found is the extra $10 slapped on a last-minute booking, but most people we talked to shrugged it off.
