What a great experience! Kayla is extremely professional and very personable. I never felt uncomfortable nor awkward throughout the process. I absolutely enjoyed my appointment this morning with Carmen at the StrippedCLT Studio! I’ve had a fair share of wax specialist I’ve gone to since moving to Charlotte and my experience with Carmen was by far the best. The star of their menu is a multi-step full vajacial that includes a steamer, cleanser, toner, exfoliator, and a restorative enzyme mask. This specialized treatment for intimate areas tackles hair bumps and skin issues once hair grows back.
We also appreciate that their aftercare products are made with organic ingredients, ensuring they’re gentle to the skin.
They’re also easy to book due to their two locations in South End and Matthews.
On the downside, their sugaring services are only available for female clients, so it isn’t as inclusive as we hoped here.

Best waxing experience
This was hands down the best waxing experience I’ve had in over 10 years of getting Brazilian and bikini waxes. Gabriella was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, comfortable, and virtually painless! I visited the South End location, but if you’re closer to Matthews, I also highly recommend Deleesa—she’s also wonderful!

I got my first wax at Sweet Honey in Matthews and I have been a loyal customer ever since. I am so excited about the new South End location as I was driving 30 minutes each way before. The new location is clean, and convenient (with lots of parking!). I actually look forward to my waxes with Dareyshka. She is so sweet and does a great job.
