We want to include Lume Orthodontics because it caters to the entire family. During our interviews with their patient, we were surprised to see our respondents range from pediatric to 40-ish young-at-heart patients.
Regardless of their age, they all agree they’re always treated with courtesy and respect by the team of orthodontists. They also highlighted how they take the time to thoroughly explain their teeth’s condition and what differentiates one brace type from another.
We also admire the clinic’s strong emphasis on personalization rather than approaching each patient with a template.
Their process starts with an accurate 3D impression of their patients’ teeth using their advanced scanners. It becomes personalized when they consider each patient’s preferred time, availability, and payment plan.
Speaking of which, we appreciate that the clinic offers flexible payment plans to make its services more accessible. Furthermore, they accept several health insurance plans.
The only thing they could improve is the overall ambiance, as it’s among the most clinic-like dental places in the city.
