The attention to detail on our side porch was impressive. Prompt, professional, and did a fantastic job
“Archadeck of Charlotte built the screened porch in 2008 from first owner when I purchased the home in 2014. We replaced old screens to newer thick one ourselves due to age, sun, bugs getting in especially stinkbugs and cats, few of the plastic strips cracked and broke when we put them back together.
Couple wks ago, I reached out to Archadeck about replacements of the strips to hold screen in them and provided photos through email. I wasn’t sure if the owner had a warranty through them and gave them information. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Spoke w the manager Rebecca and few other managers, they offered to come to fix and replace couple strips at no charge.
Mike came out this afternoon and he had the job done quickly like in 20 mins. Looks much better now and is sturdy as it should be. Mike did a wonderful job. Very professional and pleasant. We are very satisfied.
Although it wasn’t a large job or anything, I wasn’t charged for the work. I have a ton of respect for new companies that took over and take pride in their work. Also, they know the value of what they do and make customers happy especially from previous homeowners changed to new homeowners.
