They start by offering a wide array of services, which include uniformed guards, public safety patrol, armed guards, and 24/7 security. They go the extra mile by working at public events—incredibly, including large-scale ones.
They take it up a notch by providing vehicle patrol services in Charlotte, with a fleet of Dodge Chargers equipped with GPS and dashcams, ensuring they’re always prepared.
Honestly, it’s easy to feel safe when these guys are around, since the whole security team is vetted and receives in-house training.
One of their services, the GuardForce Management System, ensures security operations in businesses are always monitored. We were just iffy that they stick to one monitoring software, which not all companies may want to use.
But frankly, we’re being nitpicky. Based on our observations, they’re a solid security company in Charlotte!

Their services are impressive, as they have a highly trained team that can handle immediate threats, including active shooters and de-escalation techniques. It’s hardly surprising, given their wide range of specialization.
To give you an idea, they provide security guards, private detail, and patrols. And they’re available for all sorts of places and events, such as residential areas, construction sites, business facilities, and parades.
Additionally, they have security fleet vehicles in Charlotte, albeit in small numbers. But the fact that they can provide armed and unarmed personnel makes them a versatile choice.
We feel secure when they’re present. We observed their team during a high-stakes event, and they maintained a professional, reassuring presence throughout.

While we wish they offered a wider variety of services, the good news is that they’re excellent at what they do. They even provide an extensive survey of the property to ensure all areas are covered by the security system.
Plus, the system they use is advanced, ensuring this will work with continuous operation. It’s worth every penny, as the hardware is built to last—some clients we spoke with have had theirs for several years.

We’re confident in saying that Greater Charlotte will feel safe with Majestic Security Services, Inc. After all, they’ve been in business for over two decades, offering patrolling and monitoring services.
They work in residential and commercial areas, where they provide both armed and unarmed security guards. Aside from making the rounds, they’re trained to report and restrain intruders.
This is normal for them, considering they have an in-house training academy. It ensures that their team receives the same kind of instructions and training, resulting in consistent service.
Sadly, their services are slightly limited at this time. While they offer security services for commercial clients, they don’t work at parties or large events.
But that doesn’t mean there’s no variety of offerings, since they’re still equipped for the construction, hospitality, and banking sectors. And from what we’ve seen, they do a solid job, as the majority of clients we surveyed praised their high-quality service.

They’re reliable. Period. They’ve been in the security business for over 20 years, with 24/7 on-call security guards. Most importantly, we appreciate that we can rely on them for risk assessment, investigations, and loss prevention.
Moreover, they specialize in surveillance, club security, crowd control, executive protection, emergency response, background checks, and internal investigations. Quite incredible, when you look at it, as they’re well-versed in confidential services.
It would’ve been a solid 10 if they offered vehicle patrol, but they’re still equipped for motorcade services for high-profile individuals. Conveniently, armed and unarmed security are available, too.
