I came in looking for a mattress, and Ian S. made sure I had all the information I needed. He was very patient and took the time to answer all of my questions. The gentleman by the name of Michael was very helpful. He guided me on the type of bed that would best suit me. Because I am out of town I did not purchase yet. Fun mattress shopping experience
Dori and Scott actually made mattress buying fun!
I did not know what I wanted when I walked in. They carefully explained each mattress and gave me a pillow (and fresh pillowcase) and invited me to spend time on each mattress.
This is not a huge mattress warehouse. It is much more specialized and calm.
I felt no pressure to rush or to buy and would recommend Dilworth Mattress to anyone who truly values their sleep.
