Will absolutely book them again
Roots catered my wedding and my husband and I could not have been happier! The entire menu was delicious and the portions were exactly right for our crowd. I am truly obsessed with the Figs in a Blaket and would eat them every day. Alyssa provided the most amazing customer service and guided us through building the perfect menu for us, down to boxing us up Togo snacks to take home which were absolutely clutch after our long day. I recommend Roots for any occasion and will absolutely book with them again.

Hands-down the best food at a wedding I’ve ever had
We used QC Catering for our wedding day, and they were incredible. It’s been a few months since our wedding and we still have guests talking about the food. Everything was beautifully displayed, and the team was so kind, professional, and accommodating. The tasting was also a lot of fun, we felt like they took the time to help us figure out every detail. We loved that there were a variety of options for guests with dietary preferences and restrictions. Hands-down the best food at a wedding I’ve ever had. Such an unforgettable part of our day!

3. Best Impressions Caterers

Address: 2600 Youngblood St.
Contact: (704) 333-9779
Hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
With decades of experience, Best Impressions Caterers really knows how to make any event feel special with their creative dishes and gorgeous presentation.
Their professional team takes care of every step, making the whole planning process feel totally seamless. They work out of a huge facility, which means they can easily handle really big events.
Guests we’ve interviewed said the food really tastes fresh and looks incredible in photos. Another thing they noticed was how organized everything feels, which takes a lot of stress off their plate.
However, since the team handles so many events each month, they’re not always as flexible for very small, super-unique gatherings with tons of special requests.
Still, if you’re throwing a big celebration, their level of service is hard to beat.
Customer Reviews:
Amazing job
Best Impressions did an AMAZING job with all of the food for my wedding day. My guests still talk about how wonderful everything was. You can’t go wrong with them, every single thing we tried was great. We were especially impressed with all of our interactions and tasting with Adam, he did such a good job tailoring our menu and bar to exactly what we wanted. They are one of the best caterers in Charlotte for a reason!

Best Impressions catering my wedding in May 2023, and everything was executed perfectly! We had passed hors d’oeuvres, dinner stations, dessert and coffee stations. All was delicious and beautifully presented. We even had them plate 2 dinner plates for myself and the groom so we could have a private dinner together during cocktail hour – an hour before dinner stations opened for the guests. I would reccomend Best Impressions Caterers for any event or wedding in the Charlotte area!

Fantastic job
Janet and her team at La tea da’s did a fantastic job on my wedding catering! A number of people told me it was the best food they had had at a wedding, and I couldn’t agree more! The Paella and Mac and cheese were my favorite, but everything was delicious. The entire process was easy, and Janet was extremely attentive to my questions, and handled everything to do with staffing, food, linens and dishes. Thanks for making my wedding fantastic!
