Customer Reviews:

Kind doctor, extremely pleasant staff

Dr. Bell is kind and explains what she observes during my eye exams. Has given me suggestions how to deal with dry eyes and referred me to the Retina Clinic when a freckle showed up on my retina. Her staff is extremely pleasant also.

Exceptional

Dr. Ryder is exceptional. He  met me at Horizon in Cotswold late on a Saturday night when the retina ophthalmologist at the eye clinic I use in Concord was unavailable and skillfully addressed my detached retina. He restored the eye.

Impeccable, seamless experience

I arrived and was immediately escorted to the exam room, greeted by polite staff. I was given a quick and effective routine eye exam. The space was calm and comfortable. I had an impeccable, and seamless experience – which set the bar quite high for any other local clinic.

Best experience ever

I had a wonderful experience coming Spectrum Eye care Uptown! Easy to find and a cute atmosphere. Thank you to everyone here for making me feel welcome with my 3 month old. Amy, Saray, Anna, and Jennifer were the most helpful techs I’ve ever come across and made me (+ little baby) feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Dr. Osborne is the best optometrist in Charlotte! She is very kind, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Hands down— best experience ever!

They also had a great selection of frames with many of the newest brands and styles to choose from. I truly appreciated the excellent customer service and care I received. Highly recommend!

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience

I had such a great experience with Dr. Schorner! Since moving to North Carolina, this was my first time seeing an eye doctor here, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly kind, attentive.

The office staff is also very welcoming and warm. The office has a nice selection of glasses both designer and budget friendly that were stylish.
