Last Friday, Richard came out and fixed the plumbing under my kitchen sink. I mistakenly let someone do it cheaply. And that’s what I got, a cheap job. Richard fixed it very quickly.
Today, 12/29/25, I had the pleasure of having Michael as my technician. I had 2 problems: water not coming out of the shower head and a leak at my hot water heater.
With the shower, he quickly diagnosed that I had the wrong handle and changed it for me. Then he made quick work of rerouting the line to my tank, the proper way, and fixing the leak.

Travis Crawford walked us through several replacement options, all of which came with at least a 6-year warranty, which gave us a lot of peace of mind.
The office team was incredibly easy to work with and communicated clearly before, during, and after the install. Ricardo was the lead plumber and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Even better, they handled the install in the middle of an ice storm without a single issue.
They replaced our 15-year-old unit with a brand new, higher efficiency water heater in right around two hours. I feel really good about both the price and the decision to work with Travis Crawford. At 16 years old, our old unit could have gone at any time.
